My Story
Hello!Iām Laura
About 15 years ago, I started questioning my lifestyle, particularly the provenance of my food and the ingredients in my skincare products. I soon realized that I was ingesting toxins everyday and that most cosmetics available on the market were filled with endocrine disruptors, weird chemicals, and harsh fragrances. This was a big wake-up call!
In 2019, I started growing my own food to achieve a more sustainable lifestyle. I began to learn a lot about the wonderful benefits of plants and herbs, especially their healing and balancing properties, and decided to create my own skincare. A few months later, I was offering my products at local markets.
Being a mother enhanced my desire to connect with nature and to be in sync with my body. I've always struggled with PMS and painful periods, and I was on the pill most of my adult life, but I didn't want this to be my "normal" anymore. Integrating whole foods, plants, and herbs into my life, as well as mindful daily practices helped me to achieve a more balanced, harmonious life. Becoming a Holistic Nutritionist allowed me to share my passion for food and wellness, while giving me the tools and knowledge to help and connect with others through a holistic approach.
A dream rooted in healing, nourished by purpose, and grown with love.
